Written By: Hope Jennings

The key to happiness and success of getting rid of all those negative thoughts and feeling good about yourself. Here's how to build self-esteem - and be a stronger, more confidence person.

Money can't buy it. Success doesn't ensure it. The most unexpected women, such as Princess Diana (my favorite), don't have enough of it.

Plan, Record, Succeed

Written By: Hope Jennings

These are the words that sums up goals...the importance of setting concrete goals and also tracking them consistently is what helps you actually achieve them. Having a structure around a goal is paramount to creating a path to reach them!! This post is inspired by my good friend, Meredith. While I've watched you not only start from scratch with two amazing blogs, I'm also watching you build two businesses of your own from scratch yet again. You're an inspiring stay-at-home-single-mama, who is extremely gifted with many talents. Both of her personal companies, she doesn't talk about too often, but she's truly gifted. Plus, her teams (staff members) are full of very inspirational individuals from all over.

Simple Tips To Spoil Your Partner

Written By: Deanna

After over six years of being together, it's amazing to see how sometimes you forget to spoil your partner. This summer, my husband has been absolutely amazing to me. We bought my grandma a house that required...er, several modifications - to put it nicely. And, despite the fact that he hardly knows her, he's been there pretty much every day of the summer working on getting it finished.

Oh, What Fond Memories...Comical...But Fond Memories!

Written By: Meredith

So, after a looong discussion with my mom about what we should be thankful for this year...I stumbled across a picture on Pinterest about the most haunted places in Florida. While Halloween has past, I always like to learn the history of old places in Florida - since it would be a nice day trip with my bestie (she's also a history buff).

see this...don't do this...i did this...3 months before i got pregnant with my son. and i totally blame this chair... my ex and i didn't play it safe for 11 years and NEVER had an oops...and the one time we played it safe...well, hello Mark!

How To Tap Into Your Intuition

Written By: Hope Jennings

Making decisions is really tough sometimes. My head has been known to go on for days debating with itself the path forward. I'm a smart gal, so I figure that if I just think a little harder, I'll find a solution I can live with. That works, like, never and yet I continue doing this silly dance when it comes to adulting.

Consider this: our minds can only rely on past experiences to predict the path forward. This isn't helpful when you're trying to break new ground for yourself or go someplace you've never been before. That's where intuition comes in handy.

Intuition can elude us when we need it most. It's a tricky thing. Sometimes it's a matter of getting the brain to quiet down enough that you can hear that soft whisper of intuition. Sometimes it's a matter of learning to stop letting your brain dismiss the stuff you "just know" and allowing yourself to feel all the feels. Either way, hope is not lost. Like many things, it just takes a little practice to get back in touch.

Why Positive Affirmations Work (And How To Write Your Own!)

Written By: Shannon Boyce

Say it with me. Positive thoughts lead to a positive life. Okay, so it sounds simplistic and maybe even a little far-fetched. However, positive thinking has been proven to improve your mood. Not to mention the way you view your life. So it should come as no surprise that positive affirmations have become a widespread practice. Want to try them for yourself? Write some of your own? This is your guide to all things affirmations.

November Fitness Challenge Day 3

Hey Everyone!

Who's ready for Day 3? How's everyone feeling? Are some of your muscles talking back to you yet? Don't forget to do some stretching after each of your workouts. This will allow your muscles to become leaner and stronger. If you need a rest day, take it. Listen to your body.

November Fitness Challenge Day 2

Hey Everyone!

On the days that I don't go to the gym, I workout from home with the weight of my own body. Performing simple functions, such as picking up your children (who weigh 30-60 pounds of dead weight) is still considered working out in my book. Lay on the ground and do a few reps of bench pressing with them. They will thinks it's a game (make it a fun one) and you will get a workout. Making it a game for them, will help you stay accountable - because they will want to do it everyday with you. Even better, scheduling it for a specific time of day, such as before breakfast or an hour before lunch.

What It's Like To Be An "Adult" Reviewer: AKA, Being A Porn Reviewer

Written By: Deanna

Warning: As you can tell by the title of this blog post, there may be mature talk in here! Proceed with caution!

Well, first of all - Hi to everyone who didn't just close this! I know, it's a bit of an interesting read and a bit (er, well a lot) mature compared to what we normally have, but I promise we're going to keep it (mostly) clean and 100% professional! There will be adult terms used, but there will be no pictures and no vulgar words!

Maybe it's not the same for me. The truth is, I grew up knowing a few people who worked in the sex trade industry and I got to see what that was like. I quickly learned (well, once I was old enough to actually understand what was going on) that, more than anything, working in the sex trade is just like working at any other job - it's a job. One that should be handled and treated with respect - somehow, it just seems fitting that I would find this career option when I'm older.

November Fitness Challenge Day 1

Hey everyone!

Because of Hurricane Matthew, I decided not to do a fitness challenge for October. That didn't mean I took a break from working out, I actually worked out way more! My walks for a past 30 days have been a minimum of 3.1 miles (5K) and I've also spent a lot of time in the gym.

What's Coming In November?

Hey everyone!

As you all know, we started an October Fitness Challenge last month, but due to Hurricane Matthew coming through Florida and changing my routine (and I'm sure everyone else's) completely around, we let it slide away (no pun). However, we're bringing it back for November 1st. It's time to get pumped up and get our booties moving to the beat!

What To Do When You Don't Feel Successful

Written By: Deanna

I think there comes a point where everyone doesn't feel successful. I can't tell you what that might mean for you, but for me, I know it speaks up when I don't feel like I've been "productive" enough. I know some people who get that feeling when they see their friends succeeding. When I was younger, I used to feel it because I was home-schooled and a lot of my friends went to school - seeing them get good grades made me feel unsuccessful because I wasn't graded.

Don't Worry, Be Happy ~ 9 Simple Ways to De-stress!

Written By: Hope Jennings

Worry's job is to anticipate danger before it arises to rehearse how to deal with it - a sort of mental fire drill. But the risk is that you will get caught in worry-warting. Worry-warts keep their mind's eye on the source of anxiety, while ignoring everything else. Smart worries, on the other hand, catch themselves worry-warting and redirect their momentum into productive action. Here are some simple ways to ease the stress:
