November Fitness Challenge Day 5

Hi Everyone!


Short post...long story coming soon.


Bench press (Mr. Mark) currently 32 pounds
2 sets of 5 reps

Lunges
2 sets of 5 reps

Carrying a toddler (who's throwing a fit)
the rest of my energy for the day

Unfortunately, there are days that will drain me completely of any energy I currently have...mainly by dealing with little man throwing a fit and tossing around like a fish out of water.

While I did do some "workouts," it definitely wasn't what I would even consider a home workout.
